Profile Description:

- The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the insurance sector within the Jammu region.

- This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive corporate insurance sales.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

- Understand client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.

- Network and establish connections with key industry players and decision-makers.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- A Master's degree or relevant certifications in insurance or sales management will be an advantage.

- Experience: 4 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the insurance industry.

Skills:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
