About the Role :
- The role will be an integral part of business working with the Business Head to focus on building, sustaining and deepening relations with insurers as well as clients. It entails building and curating B2B partnerships and driving P&L responsibilities by end-to-end client account management.
- The incumbent is responsible for client as well as product success management and must have a deep understanding of developing business relationships with ability to thrive in fast paced, high growth work ecosystem.
- The role will entail enabling new products & propositions liasing with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to solve business problem(s) and ensure mutual growth.
Work Location: Mumbai
Key responsibilities :
- Be accountable for end to end program management with clients to drive product adoption & success.
- Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the Group while providing a wide range of choices to the end customer.
- Own overall program from functions across product, compliance, legal, tech, sales and other functions
- Be accountable for project launches of API integration of new products with partners ecosystem (Web service and API integration) and prioritize project delivery.
- Build and maintain partnerships with a view to manage the P&L for clients as well as insurance partners.
- Own the end-to-end business category from lead generation to client demo / pitches to documentation & commercial agreements to onboarding and account management, with P&L accountability.
- Stay updated on the competitor landscape through constant market research and analytics / dashboards.
Your key qualifications & competencies :
- 4 to 7 years of experience in the Insurance ecosystem, having created productive network in the fraternity.
- Experience in Insurance Industry is a must. Experience of Motor Insurance is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, networking and relationship building are must have competencies.
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently as well as with team to drive results. Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the Group while providing a wide range of choices to the end customer.
