About the Role :

- We are looking for Head of SEO & Digital Marketing of CoverStack to strategize, execute and scale business through the digital marketing initiatives for the Company & our clients. The incumbent will work in close context with the business, marketing, content, design and sales teams to achieve business goals.

- We are looking for digital natives or eager adapters with a passion to translate business vision to visible leads / sales numbers.

The role has following opportunities:

- Lead and mentor a team of SEO, SEM enthusiasts to execute to the digital marketing strategy.

- Be a part of the disruption in insurance distribution ecosystem using digital marketing channels and innovative techniques to drive business outcome.

Key responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and implement digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, lead conversions and revenue growth.

- Acquire and retain customers through defined initiatives across digital platforms. Define and decode customer persona, behaviour and plug back for segmentation.

- Collaborate actively with content, design and brand personnel, internal & external stakeholders to align customer experience with brand promise.

- Design, deploy and manage marketing campaigns / programs to cut across customer segments - using but not limiting to SEO, SEM, social, influencer, display marketing tactics.

- Build campaigns to align with the customer journeys; managing budgets and tracking ROI. From ideation to execution, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate results.

- Develop, test and execute sharp multi-channel marketing plans to communicate across customer and collaborator touch points.

- Publish and deep dive into data with reports, analytics, dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and drive decisions.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Research and forecast future leads and sales trends from digital channels

Your key qualifications & competencies:

- 7 to 12 years of experience in leading teams for performance marketing and implementing digital marketing strategies. Hands-on experience in leading digital marketing campaigns across channels from ideation to execution.

- Systematic approach to understanding user journeys, design, execution of campaigns, and achieving business goals consistently within planned budgets and timelines

- Take 100% accountability of end-to-end digital marketing strategy. Experience with fintech / insuretech is an added advantage. Understanding of insurance domain is a plus.

- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to partners; process sensitive information.
