- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive our retail motor and health insurance business across North India regions.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in General Insurance (GI), specifically within agency/direct channels and branch banking environments.

- This role involves managing a team and will be responsible for generating business and revenue from allocated NBFC/MFI branches.

Key responsibilities:.

- Lead, manage and recruit a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets in the retail motor and health insurance segment.

- Develop and execute strategies to generate business from the allocated branches of NBFCs and MFIs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency and direct channels to ensure continuous business flow.

- Identify and implement cross-selling opportunities for retail insurance products.

- Drive cross-sell initiatives within the assigned NBFC/MFI branches to maximize product penetration.

- Travel extensively across North India (UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, NCR) to support business objectives and client needs.

- Ensure consistent revenue growth and exceed set targets for the region.

- Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance and support to the team to meet sales objectives.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Your key qualifications & competencies:.

- 5-10 years of experience in General Insurance, particularly in agency/direct sales and branch banking.

- Experience managing a team and handling business operations in multiple regions.

- Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue generation.

- Experience in cross-selling retail insurance products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team towards achieving targets.
