About the Role:
- The role will be an integral part of business working with the Business Head to focus on building, sustaining and deepening relations with insurers as well as clients. It entails building and curating B2B partnerships and driving P&L responsibilities by end-to-end client account management including insurer connect.
- The incumbent is responsible for client as well as product success management and must have a deep understanding of developing business relationships with ability to thrive in fast paced, high growth work ecosystem.
- The role will entail enabling new products & propositions liasing with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to solve business problem(s) and ensure mutual growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Be accountable for end to end program management with insurers & clients to set up tech product for the client. Focus on follow-throughs for tech support, integrations, UAT sign off etc.
- Set up and streamline process(es) to expedite communication and GTM (go-to-market) across client, insurer and internal teams.
- Own timely deliveries on product through internal & external stakeholder management, building communication channels, setting up reviews & catch-up meetings. Collaborate across product, compliance, legal, tech, sales and relevant other functions.
- Have commercial focus - negotiations on competitive product pricing, commercial agreements and receivables from insurers for clients / business.
- Liaise and support finance to track & receive timely payments post invoicing and ensuring timely collections on outstanding.
- Stay updated on the competitor landscape through constant market research and analytics / dashboards.
Your key qualifications & competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in the Insurance ecosystem (general/ health / life), having created productive network in the fraternity and understanding of insurer relation management.
- Experience in Insurance Industry is a must.
- Excellent communications, n
- etworking and relationship building are must have competencies.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently as well as with team to drive results.
