QA Manager

Senior QA- Automation Selenium C#, Azure DevOps, CI/CD

ConvergePoint is currently looking for a Senior QA to lead the quality assurance efforts of our market facing B2B SaaS regulatory compliance software products. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are successful and that they have the best experience by ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- You will manage the entire QA lifecycle of multiple market facing products. Be responsible for all releases of the product

- You will manage all new sprints and regression testing

- You will manage all aspects of automation, manual, security, and load testing. Code review all automation code

- You will work closely with engineering, product as well as the US based implementation, and customer support teams

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and build automation

- You will need to take ownership of the products and drive change inside and outside the organization. This will include continuous improvement of process and products, implement agile methodology best practices for testing and code deployment.

- You will ensure that all structured processes are followed by the team and being continuously improved to meet industry standards.

- You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing the entire QA team and be responsible for priorities and assignments. You will build a positive, fun work environment in line with the company culture where team members can innovate and share ideas openly.

- Team performance management, usage reports and metric

Job Description:

- Must have overall quality assurance experience of 4 to 8 years

- A bachelor's degree in computer engineering or similar is required

- Must have 3+ years of experience managing a QA team

- Must have 5 + of experience with automation testing preferably with Selenium C#

- Experience with software products is a must

- Must be extremely familiar with CI/CD/Jenkins

- Must have experience integration/regression/load testing and security testing

- Must have experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies

- Must have experience with data pipeline integration testing. Experience with Azure Pipelines preferred.

- Experience with Azure DevOps or TFS and Git is required.

- Familiarity with Web Technologies, Azure, SharePoint, AI, Machine Learning is a big plus
