Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ability to estimate the scope of the Product/Project.
2. Ability to remove impediments enabling the team to work completion
3. Ability to manage and organize multiple Scrum Boards
4. Planning & Sequencing the Schedules & Activities using JIRA & MPP
5. Project Planning & Resource Planning for Agile+Waterfall Engagements
6. Ability to manage and streamline the deliverables
7. Exposure to various variants of Status Reporting for Business Technology Team(BTT) vs. Business Ops vs. Internal Stake Holders
8. Managing stakeholder communication(Internal & External)
General & Good to Have:
1. Exposure to the Project Management Tools, Methodologies & Best Practices
2. Managing the change in Scope & Documenting also co-ordinate the documentation for technical deliverables
3. Exposure to CR, CO, PO Concepts, and client follow-ups
4. General Ability to track multiple teams, and organizational initiatives (Staffing, PPA Activities, etc.)
