The company is co-founded by 3 IIT-D alumni and a serial entrepreneur with a committed capital of 100Cr. In the first year of operations, they have built the largest revenue generating online program in India (PG Diploma in Data Analytics) and the largest enrollment online program in India (Start-up India learning program).
The company is creating a new digital-first learning experience and delivering tangible career impact to individuals at scale.
We are looking for a Course Owner, responsible for developing online courses from start to finish based on best-in-class, industry-leading book content from top educators in the field. This includes guiding overall instructional design and content development, active project management, and seeing a course through from inception to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the content strategy - ability to understand and break down client needs into a learning portfolio
- Developing world-class courses tied to strategic business initiatives
- Leveraging the latest training solutions, technologies and methodologies to enhance training deliverables and providing value to the content
- Applying established accessibility and instructional design standards when creating training and course materials to produce content in logical e-Learning sequences for maximum learner retention
- Designing, developing, and maintaining creative, learner-centered, performance-based course materials including videos, instructor led content, participant guides, tool kits, study guides, and performance aids
- Leveraging customer research, personas, journey maps, - test and learn,- as well as quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategic content that targets user needs and supports the business
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training design through the creation of assessments and evaluations that gauge the mastery of learning objectives during and after training
- Analyzing results and making changes to address opportunities
- Evaluating need for updates to course materials based upon program/process releases, new functionality, and feedback
- Creating a comprehensive suite of materials and presentations which can cater to a variety of high stake audiences
- Being the interface between faculty and student, to make the students online learning experience more engaging
- Managing and enhancing quality assurance systems to ensure continuous program improvement
Candidate Profile:
- Graduates from Tier 1 engineering colleges (IITs, BITS, NITs) or Tier 2
- MBA from reputed B Schools also preferred
- Smart, curious people who enjoy learning topics like product management, digital marketing, statistics etc. and would love to dive deeper and design content on them
- Passion for learning and teaching and having great learning outcomes
- Interest in MOOCs is a great plus
