Course Associate - Business School - IIM

Sunstone Business School offers a premier management program for experienced working professionals that doesn't require them to leave their jobs and is highly respected by the industry globally. Sunstone is bringing a paradigm shift in management education by adopting problem based learning approach to impart education to experienced working professionals.

Creating original, industry relevant curriculum and administering is the most important aspect of our School. We have some positions open for a Course Director - who works as a consultant to students. Sunstone runs batches of 25-30 high quality professionals with exceptionally strong
credentials and 6-12 years of experience. We are open to full time as well as part time positions.

Responsibilities of a Course Associate:

- Active involvement in design as well as delivery of course modules

- Ensure student engagement at all times in online/offline mode

- Leverage industry and academic resources to provide best learning experience to students

- Network with Senior Management of top companies to make the curriculum relevant to the Industry

Requirement:

- MBA from top institute (e.g., ISB, IIM or other premier B-Schools) with some experience in management/consulting roles

- Generalist

- Attention to detail

- Passion for education and learning
