Supports Global Indirect Sourcing function and AMEA Sourcing team by leading supplier selection initiatives across our Indirect Spend in India

- Lead Sourcing initiatives for Travel, Consulting, Facilities, R&D, Sales & Marketing, HR and other areas of Indirect Spend

- Negotiates contracts with suppliers and facilitates legal support

- Ensures contracts meets requirements and timing of internal stakeholders

- Develop and maintain supplier performance review metrics & scorecards

- Tracks Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance performance from supplier negotiations.

- Identify ongoing savings opportunities
