Objectives:
- To achieve national sales targets, margins, increase market share and manage expenses within budgets as stipulated by supporting and encouraging direct & indirect reports and ensuring alignment of divisions objective.
- To practice efficient management at PAN India level in terms of organization, administration and expense planning and control.
- To engage and motivate the team under him to create the drive for excellent performance, mentor and develop the subordinates and inspire them to take on bigger responsibilities.
- To ensure high level of high quality selling skills, customer engagement and policy adherence.
- Visualizes and executes various events as per BCS norms and ensure compliance within sales organization.
Job Responsibilities:
P&L Management
- To lead and drive the companys P&L growth and management with the objective to take the business to new heights and achieve sustainable above market growth. Deliver outstanding results across the multiple facets of the business beyond product into services.
Customer Focused Leadership
- Develops strategic relationships and partnerships for services and solutions
- Successfully develop significant customer relationships navigating the c-suite and administrators, governments, payors and helping the organization build meaningful KOL and physician relationships.
Operational Excellence and Channel management
- To ensure the business operation is managed effectively in terms of costs, operations and service excellence.
- To assess the optimal channel management strategy and determine the go to market activities in an effective and complaint manner.
Entrepreneurial and Strategic Growth
- To develop and implement strategies to be a leading medical devices and healthcare solutions provider and increase its footprint in this sub region through organic and inorganic (M&A) growth.
People Management, Direct and Indirect Team Leadership
- To lead, build, shape and drive a team which is competent and geared towards achieving new and sustainable growth. Build the necessary capabilities to move the business forward strategically.
- To continuously build relationships and engage with all internal and external stakeholders such as the Global and Regional HQs, Business units, government, regulators, clients, partners. Be a master of the matrix in pursuit of providing improved access to healthcare across the region.
Decisiveness, Accountability, Influence and Discipline
- To ensure the business operates within the corporate and industry regulatory parameters. Navigate through complexity, ambiguity and manage through a high growth environment prone to unpredictability.
Key Requirement:
- Minimum 15+ Years sales experience preferably in the of field Selling with background of people management
- Relevant experience of selling Surgical products or solutions to hospitals at some stage of career
- Experience of Distribution Management
- Willing to travel extensively
- Speak openly, honestly and with conviction; have the courage to take appropriate risks and make difficult decisions.
- Make timely decisions at the right level with the right data, and support them once made
