Designation - Country Sales Head
Location: Noida
The ideal candidate must have a history of exceeding sales quotas, loves the thrill of the hunt, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He/she will also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery, and selling to multiple decision makers.
The position will play an integral role in helping grow our business, working closely with our leadership team to define sales initiatives, advance deals, and refine the sales playbook for scale.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Proven experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider with a record of top performance.
- Experience selling technology products and/or services to Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, navigating a complex sales process selling to multiple decision makers / influencers.
- Bachelor's degree in technology and masters in sales/strategy/marketing is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling AI/ML based products/solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong network across industries and customers at various levels upto CXO mandatory.
What You Will Do In The Position:
- Spearhead all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals for India Region.
- Publish go-to-market strategy, set up product & services positioning for target Customers and End users to own and achieve Business Revenue goals.
- Manage key customer relationships and closure of opportunities.
- Identify, uncover, and develop new account opportunities utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close.
- Conduct and coordinate resources for discovery calls, presentations, and demos with a broad level of audiences including CMOs, digital marketing leaders and analytics / mar-tech experts.
- Develop expansion opportunities, growing pilots into subscription customers and expanding the client footprint in multi-brand accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts, and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively handling your pipeline of opportunities.
- Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to efficiently navigate sales cycles.
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
- Work strategically with management to identify opportunities to accelerate our sales processes, capitalize on emerging market developments and strengthen our customer / partner value proposition.
- Assist sales through calls, web-based presentations, or personal meetings to maintain product positioning and strategies.
- Minimum of thirteen years of experience in IT/Services/Product sales experience.
- Good to have experience in handling MI/AL/Analytical sales.
