Country Risk Lead - BFS

Role: Country Risk Lead (Individual Contributor)

Location: Mumbai

NOTE: This is a senior role. Candidates with less than 10 years experience are requested NOT to apply.

- Be a SME and thought leader on risk-related analytics, enhancing the company's analytics capabilities, with a strong understanding of payment networks and bank card risk.

-Partner with the Business Units (BU) to understand the customers- needs, and define and support the business strategy for various customer segments

- Educate the BU teams about Risk's strategy, agenda, and progress as it pertains to customer segments in the respective countries

- Knowledge of credit agency data availability and usage, and alternative sources of credit and business performance data on large corporates

Experience:

- 10+ years of industry experience, with strong ability to solve business problems through data-driven quantitative methodologies. Experience in the payments, retail financial services, retail merchant industries, and/or fraud/security risk consulting is preferred.

- Masters or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar quantitative fields of study, or equivalent experience in Data Science.
