Country Manager - Two Wheeler Manufacturing

Looking for a position for a reputed two wheeler manufacturing company (market leader) in Global sales & Marketing Business domain, below are the requisitions

JD :

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :

- Develop mid term growth strategy for the cluster / country

- Conduct annual business planning including P&L

- Participate in the local sourcing strategy development

New Business Development :

- Identify key growth opportunities in the market

- Identify product gaps, opportunities and drive action plans

Customer Satisfaction Assesment & Management :

- Relationship Management with the distribution channel and key stakeholders

- Liaison and network with government local agencies & associations

Logistics Management :

- Approve the outbound logistics plan and monitor dispatch operations

- Co-ordination with various teams for Legal & Regulatory Compliance

- Analysis of legal & regulatory norms in the country/countries (especially localization norms) and monitoring adherence to such norms

Financial Management :

- Liaison with banks as required

- Coordinate with Finance head on any direct & indirect taxation queries

Team Management :

- Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team

- Drive team development & engagement

- Coach and mentor team members as required

Experience : 8 to 12 yrs
