COUNTRY MANAGER - CIS REGION
Role:
Business outcomes
Set objective of growth, Sales and Profit for CIS Region. Ensuring sales plan development and implementation.
Region Sales Performance as per plan and ensuring strategic plan implementation with budgeting and target planning and tracking mechanism, review and proactive interventions
Converging Region's Marketing strategy into Sales Strategy with geographic situations, ensuring plan and process development and implementation preparedness across the sales force.
Sales forecasting and demand planning
Strategy creation for greater market penetration and increasing market share
Recognize variance against target - overall /product wise/doctor wise and work out local moves to eliminate variance. Understand the competitor's strategy/moves in the geography assigned.
Maintain influential contact with Key Opinion Leaders - KOLs - in CIS region.
Building product portfolio in organ transplantation, Nephro, Onco, Diabetes, Gastro & Ortho therapeutic groups in line with the country requirement.
Institutional Business: Bid details, product volumes, timing of bidding, delivery period, delivery, payment collection.
Operational Excellence
Actively participate in the key strategic projects
Lead and create the environment consistent with the organisation's value. Ensure high level of integrity and compliance.
Implement all company's policies & procedures; maintain consistency & uniformity of systems.
Building relationships with all leading medical associations.
Supply Chain Management (SCM) coordination to meet monthly, quarterly, annual targets
Coordination with RA for Product Registration such as New, Renewal, Site Change, additional dosage form/strengths, updating of dossier as per new registration requirements.
Liasioning with Distributors / Government for Annual Target Achievements
Build Relationship with all Leading Contract manufacturers, Industry Associations etc.
Supporting team to identify at least 3 Regulatory Agents for obtaining product registrations from local authorities.
Conducting National Conferences on Key Therapeutic Groups of interest to the company in the market.
Supporting field force in providing medical, product knowledge, brand related communication / promotion strategies in the form of VAB, LBC, Literatures, published references to field staff in the country on monthly, quarterly basis.
Talent Management & Development
Creating Performance Orientation environment and create an environment conducive to Sales Excellence.
Coach, guide and lead the Sales Force Responsible for recruitment, training, development and the management of performance. Ensure that the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform and execute effectively
Experience: 8-15 Years
Relevant Experience:
Candidates with 4-5 years working for Russia/ CIS Market.
Incumbent with proven management and organization expertise in various man-management, result oriented positions across territories.
Qualification:B Sc/ B Pharma & MBA (preferred)
Age:32-40 Years-
