We are scouting for Country Manager-Medical Device for India and South Asia.A key leadership role with responsibility to drive the growth strategy in India & South Asia. Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives that are in alignment with company strategy and regional growth opportunities. Develop and manage the country teams and distributors. Plan, approve, monitor, and meet an annual Sales plan and budget. Promote and support corporate initiatives, plans, policies, by example and through direct action.
Key Responsibility
Take full P&L responsibilities in India & South Asia. Define and achieve revenue objectives set by developing the team, disseminating regional budgeted performance goals and implementing value selling philosophy, sales funnels and execute business plan via action plans.
Implement corrective measures as appropriate; report goal accomplishment and variance analysis on a monthly basis. Be accountable for standard margin contributions, improving operation profit and working capital turns. Provide vision and guidance to the organization to drive growth.
Enhance effective communication within operations team and cross functional group to achieve company goals.
Continually monitor market trends, competitive products/pricing, and be a key participant in identifying and analyzing the products to be sold/channeled to the market place. Lead and participate in business review meetings and other key strategic business initiatives. Interface with the Marketing and BU teams to define and implement vertical market strategies, campaigns, and voice of the customers.
