Candidates Should Meet The Following Requirements :
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams of quantitative researchers and/or software engineers
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to build and grow a team
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Recruiting quantitative researchers and technologists, using campus recruiting programs and recruitment agencies
- Managing and mentoring researchers and developers
- Motivating R&D staff to achieve maximum productivity
- Coordination and collaboration with US-based functional managers and other Division staff
- Interfacing with local (Mumbai) and regional (HK) staff on HR, compliance, and accounting matters
- Advancing existing initiatives and pursing new, previously unexplored research topics
- Some domestic and international travel may be required
Skills & Experience :
- Experience with campus recruiting at top Indian technical schools
- Experience with large or financial datasets
- Scientific, numeric, parallel, distributed, high-throughput, or low-latency computing expertise
