Country Manager - FMCG

Job Title: Country Manager (USA)

Position Type: Full Time reporting to MD

1. Country Manager will be responsible for managing all the operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.

2. Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan are tasks a Country Manager may have to deliver as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.

3. A key part of the role of Country Manager will be to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.

4. The role will involve appointing, monitoring & training the Distributors and Dealers across the geography

5. Expansion of current markets and acquisition of new markets in consultation with the management

6. Plan and implement sales promotion in consultation with the marketing team

7. Initially he will be handling limited territories such as Texas, Florida, Atlanta, California and Washington. Over the period the geographies will be increased depending on his performance.

8. Should be well versed with selling similar food products (pickles, ready to eat, frozen food) in Indian and Pakistani stores.

Candidate should be a resident of either NJ/ Chicago/ Texas.
