Country Manager - Floor and Decor

Country Manager - Floor and Decor
1. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluate existing product and program results and coordinate the development and implementation of programs, promotions and product offerings that drive profitable growth with Floor & Decor and in the overall flooring market across all floor product types.
2. Consistently growing the business year over year
3. Business planning: Formulating a 5 year business plan to meet the needs of the QEP product line and changing market.
4. Well versed at negotiating pricing, program & terms
5. Forecasting and new product development. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends as needed.
6. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to meet goals
7. Establishes and preserves strong client relationships
8. Acts as key point of contact for the company and coordinates with internal company personnel to assist in the resolution of customer issues
9. Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships across all levels of the Co's Flooring and Floor & Decor organizations
10. Actively participating in all sales, account and project management activities, including product launches, store and field-level program execution, business reviews, and line reviews
11. Working independently and with Co's Analyst Team to develop expertise in fact-based information recommendations through Price Volume Mix and Data Analytics to enhance our programs' performance at Floor & Decor
12. Conducting on-going market and competitive research and using that information to inform both short and long-term product, marketing and account plans and promotions
13. Developing and conducting in-store and regional training programs and promotional events
14. Managing store-level issues that have been escalated beyond our Floor & Decor Customer Service team and our standard policy guidelines and processes
15. Sells products by implementing national sales plans; supervising regional sales managers.
16. Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward the achievement of corporate sales objectives, the role is essential in managing and growing significant revenue stream.
17. Manage to meet/exceed monthly, Annual sales Targets for all regions
18. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
19. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
20. Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
21. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching, and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
22. Provide accurate and timely team and individual KPI analysis on client satisfaction, teamwork, EBITDA and revenue
23. Analyses sales mix by client and portfolio, including product penetration
24. Analyse monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial performance and prepare reports for each client portfolio team and Sales Manager showing actual versus target (budget) performance.
25. Develops strong and effective working relationships with the sales teams to ensure growth in their respective client lists
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA in Marketing or other related fields with 20+ years of experience in Account Management, Category Management & Marketing & Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing national retail accounts within the flooring industry
2. Successful working experience as a sales, marketing, analyst or account manager with responsibility for Floor & Decor
3. Excellent time-management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation and organization skills
4. Professional appearance and presentation
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office: PPT Excel & Word
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
7. Creative with attention to detail
8. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
