Qualification : MBA/ PGDM from Premier Institutions

Industry : Agriculture

Experience : Looking at Young talent & experience of 7- 12 years with back grounds of Agri Consulting or Start up in Agri (GT/Agrostar) or other start Up's.

Key Role Expectations :

- Channel expansion through digital

- Developing New Channel in digital way, digital retails to be enrolled in each identified geography.

- Support to massive expansion plans of business through digital in this space

- Appointment of stockist, who is the key supplier to all the digital channel partners

- Identify retailers, who don't sell Insecticides products move to an app based platforms to sell Insecticides products going forward

- Handle the End to End project of Digital Sales for the geography in which the person is appointed

- Enable retailers to get support from designated financial institutions for business expansion and continuity
