Country HR Manager - FMCG

Currently we are looking for an assignment with our clients for the following positions of Country HR Manager based in Mumbai.

Company Profile :

- Our Client is a FMCG firm in India.

Qualification/ Experience :

- MBA, PM & IR 3-5 years HR experience across HR disciplines. HR Business Partner experience essential

Responsibilities :

Key Skills :

- Leads the corporate HR organization in the country and develops local HR talent to take on HR manager roles in country / region

- Have Experience in HR Strategy, HR Business partner.

- Build Organization Development and Capacity Program.

- Helps Country/Business Leaders succeed as business leaders thru consulting and coaching

- Leads and support all Departments in all HR Processes (e.g. Talent Development, Recruitment, Compensation etc.)

- Partners with function leaders to build training / people management capability within the group.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement :

- Business acumen.

- Advanced knowledge of all key HR processes (talent supply, empl relations, comp/ben, medical, security, training, OE tools).

- Knowledge of reward and pay structures & all local and international employment.
