Country Head/Vice President - Finance - Manufacturing Firm

Our client is a renowned Conglomerate and an industry leader having robust manufacturing, R&D, and sales operations in India and overseas across multiple businesses.

It wishes to hire the CFO/Country Finance Head for its flagship company's South East Asian operations.

The incumbent would define and govern the Financial Strategy for the company to achieve its goals.

Specific responsibilities include managing :

- Treasury, Risk, Financial planning,

- Financial Reporting,

- Manufacturing/Factory Accounts,

- Taxation , Audit & Compliance etc.

- Procurement , Exports

- Manage external and internal stakeholders

- Keeping the Board informed with reports, analysis, strategy.

- Dealing with Investors and shareholders communicating financial performance.

- Leading a team of competent Functional Heads.

Desired profile :

- We invite applications from CA, CS with 20+ years of experience.

- Must have worked in leadership role preferably in a Listed company - handled investors, shareholders, banks.

- Should have experience in Manufacturing companies across taxation, financial planning, procurement, etc.

- Should have overseen procurement & exports.

- Overseas experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience in Manufacturing company is a MUST.

- Must be open to relocation overseas.
