Job Description :


- Strategize the growth of organization's Research Solutions in all categories- government, academia and corporates in India


- Work closely with APAC and global counterparts and teams to establish India as a constantly growing and profitable market for the organization

Client Details :

Our client is a leading global information analytics MNC that works on supporting government, academicians, and corporate R&D teams in the field of healthcare and lifesciences. They use technology and analytics to supply information to relevant stakeholders in the healthcare valuechain that result in innovation and advancement.

Description :

- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for future success, by building a future ready/ collaborative team, building advocacy across Government to influence policy and capture opportunities to accelerate growth.

- Be the unifying force, pulling people together, working across teams and with the APAC vertical groups to ensure the results are optimal.

- External representative and spokesperson to government & regulatory bodies, press & media, and partner. Build high profile relationships and network to establish image, influence policy making and align approach with government's vision.

- Be accountable for the business' top line revenue growth and profit margins; responsible for revenue budgeting and forecasting

- Develop and execute plans and programs to grow Research solutions' business in existing customer base and other, the goal is to drive growth with selling multi-research product solutions to empower customer for better research efficiency and effectiveness;

- Identify, size and prioritize opportunities for gaining market preference that result in the growth of the business and define joint cross functional priorities across local regional and global teams that are needed to execute against the opportunities

- Develop strategy and tactics to gain new research business for potential new customer categories in academic, government and corporate segments;

- Share progress of strategy, priorities and progress with the wider teams and senior management teams

Profile :

- Candidates with experience range of 20+ years at Sales Leadership levels working closely with government, academic and corporate clients

- Desired candidate will be handling high performing teams and should have strong experience in handing matrix organization structure.

- Should be a strong communicator and people leader to foresee the growth across solutions.

- Customer oriented, great skills to listening to customers, thinking as customer and being customer advocates internally

- Demonstrated ability to think structurally about a business, able to deploy sophisticated tools and analysis to identify potential areas of significant business value for a company.

- Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives at same time.
