Country Head-Sales: As a Country Headyou will be required to drive the business numbers from existing and new customers, Reporting in to President of Sales and working closely with company's wider management team you will be responsible to,

Roles and Responsibility:

- Recruit, train and motivate sales team

- Develop plans and strategies to meet or exceed the revenue target in direct Sales.

- Devise, implement, and modify as needed specific sales strategy that aligns with company goals

- Oversee the sales training program to ensure that sales people are able to achieve set targets that support overall company revenue objectives by formulating and implementing competency building

- Establish and drive company sales processes and values; and support implementation of the same.

- Plan sales promotion activities and market activation to achieve business objective in line with the overall brand development strategies.

- Anticipate risks related to market network and proactively take mitigation steps

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and planning for the annual and quarterly business plan for the regions: Lay down the roadmap for new account acquisition and ensure its execution

- Oversee entire PAN India and SEA regions P&L

- Drive adherence to financial/ regulatory and legal norms within the team

- Represent and showcase organization capabilities in industry associations and conferences

- Identify key talent and ensure they are groomed for future leadership roles

- Increase efficiencies and reduce redundancies to drive business goals

- Review sales achievement against target, make mid-year corrections to sales plan based on progress

- Ensure optimum deployment of resources, right mix of teams to attain targets

- Lead the acquisition, retaining, rewards, motivation of people, coaching, managerial development, to manage team well, fulfill their objectives

Mandatory skills:

- 15+ years of experience of leading a large and geographically diverse sales team in the F&B industry; Proven sales track record.

- Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great!

- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking

- Creative solutions driven mindset

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills

- Ability to influence and communicate professionally across all functional lines is critical.

- Must have a strong customer orientation, a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative working style.

- Strong people leadership skills

- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.

- Strong Customer Relationship Management, Networking and ability to work with diverse teams

- Strong understanding of the sales ecosystem

- Ability to travel extensively within the city.

- Very high ethical standards.
