Company- A leading FMCG company having Global Presence in multiple categories

Designation- Country Head

Reporting to - Business Head

Team-Team: RSMs,Area Sales Manager, Sales IT, Zone Sales Development Support Team, Capability Team,Finance,HR & Factory Team

Managing complete P&L of the country through channel partners servicing outlets across Urban and rural geographies

Business Planning

- Setting state wise and ASM wise business objectives for the year, quarter and month

- Creation and execution of a blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization both short term and long-term.

- Handle complete budgets for the region and custodian of getting best ROTI (Return on Trade Investments)

- Work closely with marketing and sales team to build brand trade playbooks, scheme structures, and design redistribution packs to gain indirect distribution /Market Share- Work with Shopper Team to design and Handle all channel loyalty programs

- Planning of all New Product Launches and rapid value/distn scale up

- Work closely with analytic partner teams
