Job Description - A leadership role to head the team for an MNC and global leader in speciality Chemicals for their Bangladesh business
Client Details :

Description :
Develop mid and long-term strategy for achieving a sustainable profitable long-term business growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to the organization to motivate the team to successfully execute strategies and plans.
- Lead sales teams to develop and execute a strategy that will drive continuous profitable growth. This includes building knowledge of markets, industry trends, competitors and customers.
- Identify and capture revenue growth through all segments of business, including key customer accounts and transactional customers.
- Follow safe and ethical business processes and practices in accordance with business ethos.
- Manage business P & L including key measures such as Gross Margin, Operating Expenses and Return on Assets.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of working capital including receivables, inventory and payables.
- Build and manage close relationships with key suppliers and customer accounts.
- Align local marketing, branding and promotion plans with ASPAC Marketing and execute.
- Lead local technical center and activities in alignment with company strategy.
- Seek acquisition targets and drive growth of business through acquisitions
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemical science or related topics. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 18 years in industries related to speciality chemicals with 8 years or more experience in management roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high integrity. Can successfully engage the organization to deliver on committed targets and expectations.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to develop mid and long-term strategies for growth.
- Excellent market-driven business development, strategy execution capabilities.
- Financial acumen, ability to run P&L independently and also to negotiate with suppliers and customers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, able to provide direction, set priorities and objectives to drive the business.
- Ability to develop, coach and guide the team and build a motivated and assertive organization.
- Ability to build network of market intelligence in the industry
