Job Description :
- Lead a large sales team, and drive the business of capital equipment business for a global MNC, in India
- Complete P&L Ownership for the business in India
Client Details : Our client is multi billion dollar industrial conglomerate, and manufacturers of capital goods for a variety of industries.
Job Description :
- Identify potential markets for capital equipments, and effectively design short term and long term strategy for expansion within the indian landscape
- Increase topline by driving sales through a team of sales managers and senior sales managers
- Map out the competitors within the market, and design strategies to position the organization according to long term expansion goals
- Manage the P&L for the business vertical
Profile :
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales of capital goods
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering graduate with an MBA from a Top Tier institute
- Strong exposure to sales of industrial & capital equipment
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Proven track record of team handling experience at a national level
- Proven ability to scale up businesses from x to 10x
