- The role involves leading the P&L for the Global business

- Managing technology, operations, digital marketing, b2b sales, call center teams

- Collaborating with the head-office on joint projects

Job Description:

- Managing technology, operations, digital marketing, b2b sales, call center teams

- Collaborating with the head-office on joint projects

- Working closely with travel partners - 25 odd marque partners and 500+ total partners

- Leading a P&L business with specific revenue and profitability targets

- Owning and executing the business strategy

- Talent management to ensure continuity and business scale

- Important KPIs - profit, revenue, e-commerce KPIs like conversion rates/ CTRs/ CPAs/ average spend, talent turnover, business process efficiencies

- Supplier payment approvals

- Attendance and payroll management with HR

- Recruitment and salary negotiations support to HR

- Admin work like office lease management etc and work with payroll company Orcapod etc

- Agreements review and sign

Profile:

- 10+ years of work experience and preferably from the travel industry

- Led a team of 50+ people - talent management, hire/ fire experience

- Led a P&L business

- Worked in networked teams across multiple countries

- Digital marketing experience - Google certifications added qualification

- Product management experience a plus
