- Our client is a leading Medical Equipment player with a presence in over 75 countries. They are known for their employee friendly culture and are looking to recruit a Country Head to drive their business in South Asia

Job Description

- As the Country Head of the South Asia Business, you will be a key executive within the wider Group and would be expected to contribute as such. Your objective will be to lead the development of the business and the brand in the region and your key responsibilities will include:

- Effectively drive sales and customer service

- Strategically achieving both long term and short term plans

- Managing the region’s operations.

- Establish effective sales presence and lead relationships with key corporate accounts.

- Develop and manage key relationships with all stakeholders

- Managing and developing the entire team in the region

- Be a fully contributing member of the Executive Board and exercise appropriate powers under the administration procedures of the company

The Successful Applicant

- You will be an MBA with a minimum of 15 years proven strategic sales experience with 5 years at a senior management level in a Medical devices or Equipments company. You should have a proven track record of growing business and developing operations from scratch.

- In addition, you should have strong analytical skills with very good commercial acumen. Furthermore, you must have a proven track record of generating and leading a business, having handled sales of atleast $15Million. You should have good leadership skills and an entrepreneurial personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
