- The Country Head - Nepal role involves leading and managing the P&L, sales strategies and overall operations for a transport and distribution segment in the third party logistics (3PL) industry.

Client Details:

The company is a large-scale entity and a one stop shop for logistics solutions. They specialise in third-party logistics services. They have presence across 280 locations with a robust team dedicated to delivering excellence.

Description:

The Country Head - Nepal will be responsible for the following:

- P&L management and business expansion.

- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel.

- Monitoring and analysing performance metrics and suggest improvements to ensure smooth operations across functions.

- Lead and grow a team of competent employees and ensuring coordination between all departments.

Profile:

The successful candidate will have the following:

- 20 years of overall experience within the transport & distribution industry with a strong hold on P&L management.

- Open to Kathmandu as a location.

- The candidate should have experience in international geographies and a strong understanding on the Nepal market.
