- Strategy for the region

- Build team and ready to work from scratch

- Plan for growth both revenue generation as well as client base

- Build brand and marketing strategies

- Ability to negotiate complex complex contracts

- Experience in life sciences segment is a big advantage

- Developing C-Suite relationship

- Ability work at a fast, hectic environment

- Experience in selling of enterprise software solutions

- Ability and experience in dealing in life science industry dealing with R&D and technical personnel or key decision makers Pharma, healthcare, CRO, Biotechnology, Chemical, F&B, Energy, agriculture and other such sectors.

- Understanding of cloud based management.
