Role : Country Head Indian Operations ( Manufacturing)

Location : Bangalore

A Leading Equipment Manufacturer ( for Pharma & Chemical Industry ) is Looking for Head India Operations

JD :

Country Lead :

- Collaborate with the founder and the board to refine and implement the strategic plan while ensuring that the budget, staff and priorities are aligned with Organisation's core mission

- Lead entire country's business operations (in terms of Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, HR etc.,)

- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all executives, and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization; establish effective decision-making processes that will enable Organisation to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives

- Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the Board and ensure open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic, and impact performance against stated milestones and goals

- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and strengthen internal communications with staff throughout the organization; create and promote a positive, multicultural work environment that supports consistency throughout the organization's strategy, operational methods, and data collection needs

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, with the view to delivering operational excellence

- Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable to the Board.

- Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by staff

- Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls

- Drive initiatives in the Organisation to contribute to long-term operational excellence

Desired Candidate Profile :

- BE / B.Tech with at least 20 & above years of Experience . (MBA would be an Added Advantage)

- Previous experience in leading an organisation is a must
