- P&L Head for the Indian Subcontinent, leading a large workforce of Sales & Distribution, R&D, Finance, HR, Admin, Logistics & Supply chain

- Responsibility of driving both Top-line, & Bottom-line, with a focus on Capturing Market share, by following an India Centric Approach

Profile

- Strong Bias for Action



- Ground Level Experience in Sales in the past

- Strong Connect with the Farming & Agricultural community

- Leads by example, on utilisation of digital tools

- Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or related fields from an institute of repute - Rank Holders will have a preference

- MBA in Agri Business or related fields, from an institute of repute - Rank Holders will have a preference

- Track record of having been a High performer in past roles & organisations

- Experience handling a large size of business, with multiple categories in the Agri space, at a National Level

- Experience handling Large Multi-functional teams

- Experience working in a complex matrix organisation, with multiple reporting structure
