Country Head - Financial Shared Services

Qualification: CA

Responsibilities:

- Contributes to the creation of high performance culture through effective leadership and communication within the asia Pacific Financial Shared Services Group APFSS as well as Business Finance Units within the markets.

- Establishes and communicates a vision for respective teams which is linked to the overall strategy of the business and APFSS

- Assesses productivity opportunities and identifies /implements new and innovative methodologies which will result in improved shared services operating functions.

- Supports the development of high performance teams through selection, coaching and counselling.

- Establishes strong working relationships with related business units, satellites and APFSS in order to accomplish both indiviual and group objectives.

- Leads and develops others while ensuring the goals and objectives of APFSS are also met.

- Provide leadership in special projects or productivity initiatives for BU and APFSS, and acts as a resource to BU to improve financial performance.

- Provide support and analysis to senior management including comparision of actual performance results.

- Provides operational support to the Business Finance Director.

- Establishes and monitors metrics that drive performance withing the appropriate teams.

- To facilicate and support the completion of tax statuary returns.

- To facilicate and review cashflow data.
