Opportunity with an aggressively growing eCommerce company for a young leader to establish the company's operations and brand in a new country, running B2B business and B2C businesses, hiring and growing the local team, and driving product development.
Position: Country Head
Location: Multiple locations (South East Asia, UAE, SA, etc)
- Identifying market opportunity for the company.
- Understanding and managing regulations related to the industry.
- Setting up go-to-market model (sales channels, partnerships, etc.), including sales processes.
- Launching of B2B and B2C products.
- P&L of the country.
- Executing marketing and branding events to increase awareness and visibility of the company to the customers.
- Finding, hiring and guiding a team to run the city.
Required background:
- 5+ years of sales experience and at least 2 years of managing a sales team.
- P&L responsibility in the past.
- Prior experience of living abroad or handling international customers.
- Must have had meaningful entrepreneurial experience (for-profit or non-profit startup, etc) for at least year.
- Experience in software or healthcare product sales is highly preferred.
- Experience with marketing and operations roles is highly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree from a top tier university. MBA is a plus.
