Country Head/Director - Facility Management

- P&L accountability for Real estate Facility Operations delivery for key Regional Accounts Pan India

- Expertise in Real estate and Facilities Management including Vendor Management, E&M, EHS, Security, Cafeteria and Hospitality Services, Housekeeping, Transport, space planning, Projects, Service Center and Guest House Management

- Responsible for P&L, Budgets, Compliance, Transitions, processes and policy making, Project management and churn works

- Cost optimization, Savings, Internal Audits, BCP, ISO audits and Emergency and Crisis Management for facilities operations.

- Strong Client relationship, Best practices, benchmarking and process enhancement skills.

- Proven excellence in Man management and Effective leadership skills for large teams including training, planning and effective implementation.

- Contract management with clients and vendors. Performance Management for SLA and KPI deliverables and drive operational excellence and account profitability.

- Key interface with clients for operational delivery, site meeting, performance reviews, financial planning and budgeting.

- Drive firms value propositions across the Accounts and draw cross functional knowledge of best practices and operational support.

- Continuously look for new Business opportunities to contribute to the company's financial targets.

Candidate should be managing multiple clients across geographies-responsible for pitch in the business, bring the business and run the business.

Candidate should be working on a senior leadership role in a facility managing firm handling multiple accounts
