Country Head/CEO - B2B Food Services

- Head all functions in the country operations for our client generating a long term vision and drafting the corporate strategy in line with our client's values.

- The incumbent should be an expert in general management having very strong experience in sales, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and talent development.

- A background in private labelling, food processing and B2B sales is paramount to the role.

- Lead all the functions: Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Human Resource & Finance

- Develop and implement long-term vision and corporate strategy

- Lead and inspire employees to achieve organizational goals

- Build a strong foundation for future growth and improvement
