Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion across all regions of India.
- Lead and manage the Indian subsidiary, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources functions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Drive revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the India team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to achieve organizational targets.
- Implement best practices in business operations, processes, and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor&;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Country Head or General Manager, with a minimum of 8 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Indian market, business dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence.
- Strong advantage for someone with a background from the HVAC, sustainability, cooling or related industry.
- 20 + years of overall experience with at least 10 years spent as a business division head and/or country head.
- Robust network within relevant industries and governmental bodies, fostered through international and domestic engagements.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and their integration into strategic business planning.
- Strong leadership qualities, including strategic vision, decision-making abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
