A Fortune 500 company is launching their business in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka for Professional Displays, Projectors, Security Cameras, EPABX, Web Cameras, etc. They need a strong professional with deep experience in Bangladesh market and working with brand leaders like HP, Dell, Toshiba, Sharp, Sony, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung, LG, Ricoh, Viewsonic, etc.
Job Duties:
- Strategic Management - Formulating and Ensuring Business plan to increase pipeline and create quarter on quarter predictability to business & accomplish Sales Target.
- Sales Management - Developing New Clients with negotiations with them for securing profitable business with a higher YOY growth on the Team Achievements .Monitoring Collections and Outstanding Payments .Gaining a extensive experience in managing Institutional Sales Channels and nurturing them for Higher returns .
- Business / Profit Centre Management - Adaptable to working in High Pressure Environments with strict deadlines and multiple deliverable to implement best practices that consistently deliver outstanding results with Profitability .
- People Management - Recruiting a team of Corporate Professionals for Sales / Pre Sales and for Services directly and indirectly for Functional Excellence. Ensuring the Team satisfaction in-toto.
