Country Finance Head - Multiple Countries in Africa

- Looking for Country Finance Head for a Foods Business

- A leadership role to develop and execute business finance strategies delivering superior performance.

- Being a custodian of balance sheet, s/he will drive business growth with an ownership mind-set focusing on Financial Reporting, Cost Optimization, Fund Raising, Treasury & Banking including Forex, Tax Management, Cost & Return on Investment, Debt-Equity, Capital Allocation and Insurance.

- Role will play an important role in Expansion Projects and will drive the highest order of Governance, Auditing, Compliances, handling Litigations and leveraging technology for competitive advantage.

The Successful Applicant :

- Chartered Accountant with exposure to global best practices in Manufacturing - FMCG / Food / Dairy / Beverages Industry.

- Experience upto 20 Years of which 5 Years in Senior Finance Roles.

- Leader having aptitude to work with larger teams, optimise cost & run the business efficiently.

- Should have proven track record of having handled a Senior Finance role in mid to large sized company - FMCG / Food / Dairy / Beverages Industry.
