Role - Product Manager - Product Growth

About the role:

- Growth & Strategy team work directly with CEO to solve key business problems

- You will be required to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive decision making, and do a lot of problem solving

- As Product Manager - Growth & strategy, you would conduct A/B experiments to test and improve key metrics such as conversion, retention and revenue etc.,

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze product funnels, user journeys and recommend optimizations to keep improving the target metrics

- Own the execution of aligned initiatives to deliver improvement in target metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives across the funnel: conversion optimization, improving delivery customer experience

- Ideate and conceptualize new features and use A/B tests to improve key KPIs

- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to get customer insights and optimize user flow

- Continuously benchmark Country Delight vs competition to identify gaps/opportunities for additional revenue, user experience, features and communication journeys.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of product/ growth experience

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Data driven and inquisitive approach

- Hands on experience in product/ growth

- Max Experience - not more than 5 years

- Self-starter with a bias towards MVP

- Post-graduation - preferably an MBA
