Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex business problems in the eCommerce industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in data-driven decision-making, project ownership, and technical proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand and document business requirements.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations that enhance business processes and decision-making.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to support ongoing business operations and performance tracking.

- Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.

- Lead independent projects from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.

- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.

- Proven experience analyzing business problems within eCommerce companies, with a strong understanding of the industrys challenges and opportunities.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute independent projects successfully.

- Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

- Experience working with predictive analytics, decision models, and data mining libraries, along with the tools used for developing such models.

- Familiarity with building or administering data reporting/analytics platforms, ensuring data

integrity and usability.

- Advanced querying skills, enabling the extraction of complex insights from large and varied datasets.
