- Conduct Foundation Training on Brand through E-Training for all new sales staff

- Conduct Basic Auto Technology Module and Test as per Hyundai India guidelines

- Ensure implementation of On Job Training through Training Log Books

- Conduct Product and Sales Process Training with role plays at dealerships

- To maintain the central library for training and regularly update the inventory of the same thus reporting it to CEO/Lead Sales

- Timely reporting of monthly MIS of Dealer sales staff

- Manpower Required-Onboard-Trained status

- Weekly Trainings conducted Report

- Month-wise Training Report

- To maintain records of each training program done and the evaluations completed in a separate file
