Position: Deputy HR Manager.
Location: Pirangut - Pune.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility for the management of the HR department
- To ensure the Company has HR Management policies that are fit for purpose, legal and where necessary meet the requirements of Group Policies.
- To manage the Company's recruitment requirements in line with approved business plan requirements
- To be responsible for providing reports to the Plant Head as and when required
- To manage & control the security services contractor
- To be responsible for ensuring that offices, washing facilities and toilet blocks are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
- To implement and manage the Company's Appraisal process
- To ensure that all contracted in labour are correctly insured and skilled for the purpose for which they are being brought in.
- To ensure contract labours meet the requirements of both statutory and Company
- Payroll - End to end payroll process from time management to salary disbursement
- Training - Organization and Coordination of training and development programs as per the calendar
- Maintain an effective personnel filing system. Address queries and concerns of employees
- To perform Employee Welfare Activities on a timely basis
- Statutory Compliance - Ensure all statutory compliances, under all applicable labour, safety and welfare legislation, are in place
- Industrial relations - Dealing with complaints and disciplinary procedures
QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES:
- Master's Degree in HR.
- 5-7 years of experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge of Labour laws, HR Practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Initiative and adaptability.
- Ability to work under pressure
