E-COMMERCE MANAGER, INDIA

PURPOSE
The e-Commerce manager should work collaboratively with brand, distributor & retailer enabling the brand teams to achieve their objectives and optimize the visibility and traffic on retailer.com. The individual defines the local standards for perfect store on-line, and ensures optimal e-retail content is deployed on time, working with local brand teams and the global e-commerce team. The individual owns the tracking & delivery of on-line sales fundamentals (`CARS`).

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership and delivery of the commercial plan
- Serve as the primary liaison between ecommerce partners, distrbutors & brand team
- Translate national brand plans into e-commerce tailored conceptual sells, define the local e-retail content requirements and ensures optimal content is deployed
- Own spends
channel trade spend budgets and optimize for KPI`s (traffic/conversion/basket/repeat/profit)
retailer.com media planning and activation, ensuring optimal ROI of investments
- Develop ecommerce specific promotions and packs to accelerate our e-commerce growth.
- Own reporting of e-commerce results and KPI`s
THE COTY IDEAL FIT
- Post graduate from Premier B school with 2- 3 years of experience in Selling/Trade Marketing . Strong pedigree will be preferred .
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce landscape and KPI`s, digital marketing understanding is a plus.
- Strong planning and project management skills along with sound commercial acumen.
- Ability to - Get hands Dirty when needed- and execute
- Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills
- Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR
- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit
- Passion for Beauty!
- Proven Track record of - Working like a start up - mindset.
