Job Description (JD) : Cost Estimator:

Required Qualification BE/B.TECH in Electrical Engineering

Required Experience More than 7 years of experience in cost estimation, cost preparation, for tendering/bidding & Contract finalization for Solar & Wind Power Projects

Responsibilities:

- Role To prepare rate analysis - Prepare CAPEX & OPEX and get it approve from management with best option - Work out internal rates and give it to Procurement team for negotiation with vendors.

- Support Procurement team in negotiation with vendor and get it done within internal amount.

- Preparing rate analysis for extra item as per site condition.

- Support to Business development in providing cost estimates for bidding purpose.

- Explore opportunities for enhancing efficiency in estimation processes.

- Develop & maintain standard cost templates and processes.

- Review the cost estimates with the actual value of procurement to understand accuracy of estimates.

- Digitalisation of cost estimate processes to reduce response lead time and improve accuracy.

- Technical Experience Hand on Experience of cost estimation processes. Knowledge of cost estimation nuances.

- Exposure to best industry practices for cost estimation.
