German Language Cost Controller

Position: German Language Cost Controller
Education: CMA / MBA/ BCom
Experience: 5+ yrs
Location: Aundh, Pune
skills: B2 Level German Language is a must. costing & FP&A.
Shift: 1.30PM - 10.30PM
5 days working.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with organiza onal goals.
- Analyse financial performance, iden fy key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend correc ve ac ons as needed.
Financial Repor ng and Compliance:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accoun ng standards, tax regula ons, and other financial requirements.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to address any issues or concerns.
Cost Control:
- Monitor and analyse costs to iden fy areas for improvement and cost-saving opportuni es.
- Implement cost control measures, as necessary.
Team Management:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to develop talent and enhance capabili es.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and con nuous improvement within the finance func on.
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process and ensure compliance with local GAAP, and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting or finance mandatory, professional degree preferred.
- Command over English and German language.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Experience in managing the Controllership of a multinational company, preferably in the technology, manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and deliver value.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
