Cost Accounting Manager - Manufacturing Firm

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, processes, and standards

- Analyze cost variances and prepare cost reports

- Entire cost of company, salaries, expenses, production cost, if the company is profitable or not.

- Monitor the production team, floor team to check if targets are made.

- Understand costs incur.

- Dead Investments

- TDS

- GST

- Accounts receivable , accounts payable.

- Monitor and review inventory valuation

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelormasters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- High level of integrity and ethical standards

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
