Cost Accountant - FMCG/Hospitality - CA

- CA with 8 years experience in management cost accounting.

- Experience in handing UK accounting.

- Experience in SAP / Hyperion Financial Management

- Undertake oversight of the high visibility profit & loss account reporting.

- Responsible for the production of monthly cost centre reporting packs.

- Ensure that cost are reported accurately and variances explained and where necessary investigated and followed up.

- Liaison with Group FP&A and Cost Centre managers to ensure that the profit & loss account reflects up to date forecast assumptions.

- Ensure discrepancies between actual cost and budgeted/forecast costs are followed up and rectified.

- Processing of monthly depreciation journal. 

- Follow-up of intercompany mismatches, variances between Group entities .

- Be responsible for a number of Balance Sheet reconciliations, including sundry accruals and investments

- Experience of cost centre accounting.

- Excellent Excel and analysis skills

- Previous experience of HFM
