Cost Accountant - FMCG

1. Manage activities relating to Logistics with respect to dispatch of finished goods from Plant / Warehouse to WSP. Towards this:

a. Coordinate with warehouse team on timely update of Truck Indents in SAP

b. Follow up on placement of Trucks against indents with TM&D

c. Coordinate with Plant FE on privatization of dispatches from plant to warehouse

d. Work with TM&D team for creating top up STOs in SAP towards truck optimization & full truck load building

e. Assist the warehouse team in case of SAP /IT downtime.

f. Pass entries pertaining in SAP for location transfers of damaged stocks post seeking necessary approvals.

2. Create Service Receipt with respect to Service POs.

3. Update non-stock items in Material BOM.

4. Review CMU Plant VAT data before submitting to Central Finance Team.

5. Compile inventory/ assets charge off details for seeking quarterly write off approval.

6. Assist in critical operational issues from time to time.

7. Coordinate activities pertaining to a sampling of Stock for HO/ other consumption. Maintain tracker of the same.

8. Analyze & prepare daily MIS w.r.t Stock Serviceability / Truck Indent against the placement

Salary offered: 5 - 9 LPA
